eLearning (electronic learning) is conducted via the Internet. This is an excellent way to get up to speed on new system enhancements, expand your knowledge base and learn best system practices. eLearning is offered through several means; one-on-one online education, online lecture education with multiple attendees and a short question & answer session; and video tutorials available throughout the management system. eLearning is a wonderful resource for ongoing education. Users can schedule eLearning in blocks of time; move themselves toward practice with new knowledge; further their internal education; and participate in follow up eLearning education. The sessions are topic specific which means users do not have to sit through procedures that are already familiar. eLearning eliminates travel expenses normally associated with traditional educational environments.

This learning style utilizes a lecture format with type-in interaction with the instructor. This eLearning is topic specific allowing instruction for larger groups and lowering instructional costs through sharing. The topic specific session demonstrates procedure and moves through the subject material in the proper sequence. Attendees submit subject related question throughout the session by typing into the appropriate communication area on the screen. Questions pertaining to the subject matter are answered within the remaining minutes of the session.
Lecture Presentation eLearning classes are $75/hour.
When users have individual needs that surpass the collective environment; One to one consulting gives users personalized attention on the things that matter most. Our trainer will conduct an online session on a pre-determined agenda for discussion. This allows more time for questions, detailed answers and scenario driven resolutions. The benefits to this type of education is the ability to tailor it to each company’s specific needs and participants are not sharing time with other attendees in large group.
This is not the same as scheduled, topic-specific eLearning training classes. 1-to-1 Consulting allows you to cover your business's specific needs on any section of our software, for $150/hour, $175/hour for Advanced Accounting eLearning.
Topic specific videos are available as a direct link throughout multiple areas of the software. This allows the user to have 24/7 access for system help. Simply click the Web Help button located in most areas of the software to see the available videos for that section. Since videos frequently change to remain compliant with the software, access is granted only to those users current with the system updates and maintenance contracts.
