Update Instructions
*Note: Pacific Solutions offers managed update services for $150 USD, however managed update services are by appointment only and are not included as part of monthly or annual system maintenance since they are classified as IT services. We have provided detailed update instructions below for your IT firm or a technical member of your staff. Important Note: Always back up your system and verify that the backup was successful prior to running any system updates.

Note: After an update is ran there are a lot of indexes that have to be rebuilt. It may feel sluggish on reports and finds for a few days. The indexes get rebuilt as the features are used.
Once you have reviewed the update instructions and have found the folder that contains your database you will be able to determine which updater to download. Open the folder that contains your database files and look at the end of each of the file names. You will see either a .fp7 or .fmp12 file extension. Click the link below and login to the Pacific Solution's client login area. Go to the download section and download the updater.
