Welcome to Pacific Solutions’ department of education! We believe every Pacific Solutions client should have the best training available. We combine several methods and approaches to learning to accommodate all learning styles. We take pride in offering hands on training directly with the software.

Classroom Education

Our classroom environment provides hands on training for each participant. Located in beautiful San Diego, California, our facility is a great place to get away from the day to day buzz surrounding the office. Proceeding over a 3 day period, the class begins with customer entry and finishes with accounting processes. We currently offer two levels of classroom for JobRunner, FloorManager and FloorRight. Each level is designed to give the participants applicable system skills. Classroom Education is perfect for companies in the implementation stage as well as newly hired staff members.


eLearning Education

Electronic Learning (eLearning) is conducted via the internet. This is an economical way to get up to speed on new system enhancements, expand your knowledge base and learn best system practices eLearning is offered through a one-on-one online environment, a demonstration environment with multiple attendees and an online classroom environment with multiple attendees and a question & answer session. eLearning is a great resource for ongoing education in a compact 2 hour maximum module.

Consultative Education

We offer consultation education to assist companies with industry specific business practices. Through these practices we incorporate their execution through our management and estimating system procedures. This way best business practices are being realized through the tools used to guide them.


Pre-Training Education

Upon purchase of a management system with us, clients are initiated into the system’s integration through a series of pre-training exercises. Pre-training has a standard curriculum and utilizes hands on practice in the system to get new users into system processes as soon as possible.


Work Flow Analysis

We offer assistance in discovering the inevitable work flow adjustment that changing a management system produces. We help clear the gray areas surrounding the “who is going to do what” questions that are a natural part of the unknown. We make the unknown known to you through careful observations of departmental processes and responsibilities and document the best strategies for each department to accomplish the desired goals with system tools.


On-Site Education

Conducting a training session at your location provides logistical benefits for large companies. On-site Education makes it possible to train entire departments in a single training event. Our trainer will consult with you prior to the event to structure the training around your business. On-site Education is a wonderful way to focus a training event on your company’s individual needs.
