What is DocuSign? DocuSign is an eSignature capture solution. When it is connected with Pacific Solutions, it allows you to send a Proposal, Sale, Form or Invoice electronically to your customer. Anything that requires signature to authorize before proceeding. Your customer is able to sign the document electronically at any time, from any place on almost any device and it is automatically returned to you. Fast, legally binding, secure and paperless. What documents and forms are available? It is Pacific Solutions goal to provide electronic signature capture on any document in the system that has a signature line. Can Pacific Solutions create a custom form? Yes, we have created several custom forms for our clients over the years. Please consult with a Pacific Solutions sales rep for a quote on creating a custom form. |
System Requirements Your Pacific Solutions system must be running on FileMaker 19 database licenses and be on the waiting list for the v22 build of JobRunner or FloorManager. Email out of JobRunner or FloorManager must be completely set up. The Email Connector subscription is required to use and send DocuSign forms out of JobRunner or FloorManager. Your company must always be current on Pacific Solutions’ maintenance and always running a compatible version of JobRunner or FloorManager and Claris FileMaker (the database engine). For security purposes, you must always maintain a current SSL certificate for all external connectors such as DocuSign, Tableau, Avalara, JotForm etc. |
In order to use Pacific Solution's DocuSign Connector, you must have a DocuSign account with an active subscription. Pacific Solutions does not sell DocuSign accounts. Pacific Solutions only provides the Connector that allows for legal DocuSign capture and storage of JobRunner or FloorManager forms. You can learn more about DocuSign plans here:
Before you sign up for the DocuSign Connector, please make sure that your system is running on FileMaker 19 or later, and that you are signed up for a JobRunner/FloorManager update to v22.
