How to Access Help Center

1. Visit the Help Center
Access anytime at https://support.pacsol.cloud

2. Fill out the New User Form
Please use your company email during registration.

2. We Approve Your Registration
We receive notification of your registration. Your registration will be approved once we verify that you're an actual client, and registering with a company email.

3. Set Up Your Password
Every registrant that has been approved will receive an email that instructs them to set up login credentials. The subject line is "Pacific Solutions Help Center Invitation." Be on the lookout for this email within a few business hours of your registration submission. Don't forget to check your junk and spam folders. The email will look like this:

PacSol Academy is Available
We have launched a new platform for education. Our Foundation Education system is now in this new platform. We will be officially launching this academy at the 2023 UES conference next month!

This new process for self-guided learning is very new. Please provide constructive feedback as you assist your new hires through the new platform.

Your Organization's Education Administrator or authorized caller(s) can begin checking out the new online academy by clicking on the New Hires tab above.

**Note: If you have staff already engaged in the legacy Foundations Education process, please let us know so that we can assist you with access to the legacy resources.
