How to Access Help Center
1. Request Access
If you've not yet received an invite to the Help Center, please send in a new ticket to Support using firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. We Enable Contacts
The Client Service Representative that is handling your ticket will invite all the contacts from your company that we have stored in our customer database. We will not grant access to emails not listed in our customer database, even if it's a secondary email of a current staff member at your company.
3. Set Up Credentials
Every contact that has been invited to Help Center should receive an email that instructs them to set up login credentials. The subject line is "Pacific Solutions Help Center Invitation." Be on the lookout for this email, and don't forget to check your junk and spam folders if it's taking longer than expect to receive. It will look like this:
