Line Bundling for Optimal Quote Presentation
Building a detailed Proposal in FloorManager is essential because the detail of each order entry line automatically feeds purchase orders and installer work orders. Electronic Warehouse Management
Electronic warehouse management revolutionizes warehouse activity. Gone are the days of paper warehouse management. Your warehouse manager can see all stock that needs to be picked and delivered for each day of the week. Deliveries can be completed via the electronic pick ticket and installers can digitally sign confirming receipt of the materials. Using the camera on the iPad, it is possible to store photos of the materials at the job site or in the installers vehicle. Warehouse Mobile also allows the warehouse team the ability to receive materials and print bar coded tags wirelessly from the iPad. Cycle Counting, Quick Receive and Quick Pick are also key time saving components of the Warehouse Management Module.

Installer Mobile
Pacific Solutions offers a mobile application called PS Mobile. It's original intent was to provide installers access to their personal job schedule, detailed work orders, job attachments such as floor plans and the ability to submit their invoices for approval back to office. PS Mobile has been expanded to look up customer information, vendor information and available inventories. The installer mobile application has detailed password capabilities enabling the end user to limit access to the installation schedule only, and to not allow one installer to view another installers schedule.
