​$2,000 initial fee for setup, configuration, and training.

Monthly/annual maintenance will increase depending on system user count. Please talk to your CSM to find out the Enterprise increase of your system maintenance.

Why doesn't my system already have Enterprise Financials?


Pacific Solutions added Enterprise Financials and Job Costing modules to new JobRunner system purchases in 2015. Legacy JobRunner systems now can also have these modules added to their systems at no further cost. If you do not have Enterprise Financials in your JobRunner system, please contact your CSM for next steps. 

FloorManager system purchases made before 2022 do not include Enterprise Financials. FloorManager has the capability to run the Enterprise Financials module as an add-on. Please talk to one of our team members to discuss if Enterprise Financials is a good fit for your company.

Enterprise Financials requires v22 of JobRunner/FloorManager and FileMaker 19. 


Enterprise Financials includes Enterprise Job Costing in JobRunner systems. FloorManager systems can only run Enterprise Financials.
