​What is Multi-Family Ordering?
Allow multifamily property managers to sign into approved properties and place new orders. They can select an install day and time, and select options of your choosing. View pending orders, open invoices, and even run numbers with a built-in chargeback calculator.

​Costs

A one-year commitment is required.  After an initial one-time setup fee of $500 per company, subscription will be billed monthly at a rate of $10 US Dollars per user login credential per month.  The number of user logins you choose to have is based on the number of property managers that you want to use the module.

​System Requirements

Your company must always be current on Pacific Solutions’ maintenance and always running a compatible version of JobRunner or FloorManager and Claris FileMaker (The database engine). 
You must be running on FileMaker 19 and v22b10.5.1 or later.
