E-learning (electronic learning) is education conducted via the Internet. Not only is e-learning one of our options for new user training, it is also an excellent way to get refreshed on features you may have lost touch with, or get up-to-speed on newly released features.
The $800 training budget can be applied to any of the following e-learning formats. We permit any number of your team members to sit in on the sessions, but there are more specific rules regarding Q&A depending upon the format. If you are not a new user, choose the one that applies to best to your stage of learning:
One-On-One E-Learning
When users have more specific needs, one-on-one training gives them personalized attention. This can be a good way to learn about features that are not understood, or even best practices to achieve faster and better results. Our trainer will conduct an online session on a pre-arranged date for this discussion and training-- this allows more time for questions and detailed answers. One-on-one costs $100 per hour.
Topical Seminar E-Learning
Pacific Solutions occasionally hosts topic-specific online training seminars that multiple companies can dial into. We will notify users about these opportunities, and then you can RSVP a login slot. Because the time for these sessions is limited and the number of attendees is high, we will hold all questions till the end, and at that time rotate question opportunities between the companies in attendance. A topical seminar costs $75 per hour.
Video Tutorials
We offer a number of pre-recorded video tutorials that cover much of the overall function of the software. These videos are a service provided for our valued clients. If the video topic you are looking for is not covered contact us to find out about us creating one.
