(Guided by Pacific Solutions Implementation Coordinator)
Guided Implementation:
Pacific Solutions is pleased to provide managed implementation services to guide your designated contacts through each phase of the implementation process. The Pacific Solutions implementation coordinator serves as a project manager and not in a training capacity. They will meet with you at regular intervals and will oversee your implementation project for Pacific Solutions beginning shortly after the contract is executed. Implementation services conclude approximately 45 days after you have gone live which should provide ample time for you to close your first month, and at that point in time you will transition to our help desk. We expect your staff to remain diligent throughout the implementation process. Pacific Solutions’ managed implementation services do not continue into perpetuity and it occurs only one time after software installation. If the client requests that Pacific Solutions stop the implementation process so that they can start over at a later time, the second and any subsequent implementations will incur an additional $1000 fee per implementation. If the implementation is merely paused a total of no more than thirty (30) cumulative days but does not start over, the client will not incur additional fees.

Education Segment 1
Self-Paced Online Foundations Training (Not trainer guided)
The first segment of education is commonly referred to as Foundational Education and it is self-paced and web-based and divided into three sections based on the role of the trainee in your company.
- Sales covers the customers, proposals, and sales orders modules. (10 hour course)
- Operations covers purchase orders, installer work orders, and warehouse activities such as receiving and delivering materials. (10 hour course)
- Accounting covers system processes including A/R invoicing, posting customer payments, A/P cost verification entry, A/P general and administrative entry, journal entries, labor and job costing and general accounting. (10 hour course)
Education Segment 2
Onsite Preparation Consultation (Trainer guided)
The second segment of our educational series is to prepare you for the onsite event. This typically happens over online sessions across 3 hours. A member of the Pacific Solutions training team will interview your primary implementation coordinator to better understand what we might need to reinforce or address with your staff based on their feedback from Training Segment 1, and the specific needs of your business. These sessions will include a brief system check to ensure tax calculations, commission calculations and other critical system setup items are flowing properly. While most of these sessions are held one on one with you online, some of the hours in this segment will be performed by the staff remotely outside of a one on one session.

Education Segment 3
Tailored Onsite System Practice & Refinement (Trainer guided)
The third segment of our educational series is divided over (3) seven hour days. Before we begin this segment, a member of the Pacific Solutions training team will interview your primary implementation coordinator to better understand what we might need to reinforce or address with your staff based on their feedback from Training Segment 1 & 2, and the specific needs of your business. A Pacific Solutions trainer or training team will guide you and your staff through practice scenarios in your system with the types of jobs you work with everyday. The trainer(s) will educate you on purchased add on modules as well as the practice and refinement agenda. your staff will have the opportunity to ask questions pertaining to workflow or scenarios that might be unique to your business that were not a part of the Segment 1 training exercises. On occasion, the education for certain add on modules will take place post live. Your trainer can advise you on these modules.

Segment 4
Personalized Post Live Support (Trainer guided)
6 hours of Q&A to cover emerging work flows and scenarios. Scheduled regularly with a Pacific Solutions trainer. Although Segments 1-3 equip you with most of what you’ll need to successfully use Pacific Solutions’ software, you will always encounter scenarios that are best discussed with a Pacific Solutions trainer. Segment 4 is intentionally left as a free-form segment. The fourth segment of education is one-on-one web based time with a Pacific Solutions trainer to discuss and review questions that arise post live. This segment is typically 6 hours, and can be divided based on your educational needs. There are not many questions that we have not heard before so in order to conserve your training budget, the Pacific Solutions trainer may hear a question and refer your team to a white paper or training video that addresses the question being asked. We will always refer you to those resources when available because we want to conserve as many hours of your training budget as possible for future needs.
