Mission Critical Announcement on
Supported ​Email Connections

​Due to the increase in virus and ransomware attacks, email services have been forced to implement security changes to their systems including but not limited to two-factor authentication.  These security changes required Pacific Solutions to re-tool our email connector and have exponentially increased our support incidents related to email. 
 
To mitigate the increased in email support, effective immediately Pacific Solutions will only offer connector support for Office 365 (Hosted by Microsoft) or the Google Workspace (formerly known as Gmail).
 
If you use an email service other than Office 365 or Google Workspace the email connectivity may continue to work, however we highly recommend that you consider migrating to either Office 365 or the Google Workspace as soon as possible.
 
By limiting connector support to these two major email service providers, our technicians will be able to provide you with better support whenever an email integration issue arises.
