JobRunner is engineered to integrate the sales, operations and accounting departments of a commercial flooring contractor into a single solution.
The process: A request for a proposal is received. Before the proposal is submitted, all job details are entered into the opportunity module where all communication is documented, and where PDF files and other documents can be stored. An integrated bid register tracks deadlines for the estimators. When it's time for the sales team to build the proposal, material quantities are imported directly from FloorRight estimation software. This minimizes errors and omissions. Next, establish the budget and margin. The proposals can be submitted in full detail, or combine material and labor groups using JobRunner's unique bundling feature. The entire sales pipeline is captured inside JobRunner, eliminating the individual silos found in most commercial flooring companies. Forms such as RFI's, transmittals, submittal labels, pre-lien notifications, and special action requests are all integrated into JobRunner. Creating purchase orders and installer work orders is accomplished with a simple click of a button. The initial baseline contract and all accepted change orders roll up to provide project-level profitability. Progress is a snap.
