JW Marriott Hotel and Convention Center Information

Users Education Seminar will take place on Level 2 of the JW Marriott Nashville. From the main lobby, please take the escalator to to the second floor and turn left to find the Griffin Ballroom. On Friday morning, you will need to check in at the registration table in front of the Griffin Ballroom in order to proceed to breakfast and the seminar trainings. 
Meeting Room Guide

Griffin Ballroom EFGH: all general sessions and meals will be held in the main ballroom. The ballroom will also be used as a breakout session room.

Belle Meade: Breakout session room

Arlington: Breakout session room

Meals & Snack Breaks: food and beverages will be set out in Griffin Prefunction North. Attendees are invited to help themselves to food and beverages whenever food is out and take them into the Griffin Ballroom to eat. Round tables will be set up to use for both meals and training sessions.

If you do not have a confirmation email from the JW Marriott, please check with your staff member who booked the seminar registration, as many system administrators had hotel confirmations sent to one central email. ​
Onsite Restaurants:
Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees on Friday and Saturday. Attendees are welcome to dine on their own at the JW Marriott's onsite restaurants. The JW Marriott is located in downtown Nashville, which has MANY food and music options to enjoy in the evenings.
