Average Response Time
Expect a response or update to your ticket within 1-2 business days.
Average Resolution Time
Resolution times vary based upon a wide range of factors. We always aim for shorter resolutions times, but we aim for less than 7-14 business days even for the more technical cases. Your assigned Support Technician should be able to provide you with a more accurate resolution time based upon the details of your case.
