Outline

1. What is a Ledger Posting Event?
Financial entries that affect the Balance Sheet and/or the Income Statement.   Some events in the daily system processing automatically create journal entries.   Certain events post differently in a JobRunner (Rev Rec) system.  

2. Ledger Accounts
Set up with the involvement of your certified accountant.  Any revisions, renaming or renumbering need to be done with accountant overview.  Remember to reselect/update any items that use that account.

3. Store Information Defaults
Having the correct Ledger account numbers in the Store Defaults has a huge impact on the automated postings.
