Seminar Arrival Information
All hotel guests should check in to their guest rooms at the Registration Center in the Cascades Portico. This is the main entrance of the Gaylord Opryland. The seminar entrance will be at the Magnolia Portico, which is the main Convention Center entrance. Just follow the Pacific Solutions signs from the Magnolia Portico to our Registration Desk to check in to the event.

For attendees checking in at
JobRunner Extended Education
Check in at the Tennessee Pavilion Registration Desk between 8:00 - 8:45 am on Wednesday, May 19. Please follow the signs in the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center to reach the Tennessee Pavilion Registration Desk.
Training begins at 9:00 am.
Coffee and snacks will be provided during breaks. Attendees will do meals on their own.

For attendees checking in at
General Session
Check in at the Tennessee Pavilion Registration Desk between 7:30 - 9:00 am on Thursday, May 20.
After checking in, attendees will be directed to Breakfast at Ravello Restaurant in the Garden Conservatory, which is provided for all attendees. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 8:30 am.
The first General Session begins at 9:00 am in the Tennessee Ballroom.
Lunch is also provided for Seminar attendees, as well as coffee and snack breaks.

Unfortunately, the Gaylord Opryland has not yet reopened its shuttle. Please use ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft to get around. Rental cars tend to be cheap these days as well, for those of you who may want to explore a lot of Nashville! We apologize for any inconvenience!
