What FileMaker version am I currently on? 
The v21b7 release requires FileMaker 17, 18, or 19.
Here's how to see what FileMaker version you are on:

Hardware Requirements

In preparation to get the latest version of FileMaker database licenses, you need to make sure your server and workstations meets the spec requirements laid out here:
If your hardware does NOT meet the requirements, you may be interested in having Pacific Solutions host your JobRunner or FloorManager system. Please email [email protected] for a quote.

What if I want Tableau, DocuSign, or JotForm plug-in's?

You must be running on FileMaker 19 licenses for these add-on services.
​For Tableau and JotForm, Pacific Solutions must assist you with installing an SSL certificate as an extra layer of security.  DocuSign does not currently require an SSL certificate.

Clients running on FileMaker 17 and newer may run the V21b7 update without upgrading FileMaker for most of the new features.  Detailed instructions on self-managed updates will be provided with the new release announcement..  Pacific Solutions will continue to offer managed update assistance as a fee-based service should you not have an IT provider or prefer that we run the update.


​How will I know when the update is available?


​You will see an official announcement on your Navigator Screen when the B21V7  update is available.
