Instructions
for running a Self-Managed JobRunner or FloorManager Update

Please note that updates are optimally run by a qualified IT person that is familiar with server operating systems.
 Plan for 15-30 min of prep time (actual human time) with 30-120 of run time, depending on database size.
Please carefully review the step-by-step instructions before attempting to run the update.  Both written and video instructions are provided.

This updater only works for a Windows server only and will not work on a Mac server.

REQUEST A MANAGED UPDATE

Although IT services are not included in system maintenance, Pacific Solutions offers an optional fee-based managed update service for clients who prefer that the Pacific Solutions' IT team run the update.  The cost for a managed update is $175.  To schedule a managed update please complete the following form:

Please note that updates will be scheduled at least 4 weeks out, as there is an expected influx of requests. With this expectation, our technicians have carefully outlined instructions for your IT to run the update at your convenience. Your IT or local IT firm can run the update for you at no cost from Pacific Solutions, though there is a $175 Service Fee for a Pacific Solutions tech to run the update for you.
